This week's meal plan is dedicated to all the incredible dads out there, and a very special one in particular! 🥰 From Gavin's favourite Scotch Bonnet Pepper Hot Sauce and Cinnamon Rolls, this week is packed with cozy favourites the whole family will love!

WHAT'S INSIDE…

🍔 Dinners

Dinner 1: Vegan Steak
Pair With: Garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus
Make It Your Own: Top with garlic herb butter, peppercorn sauce, or chimichurri
Meal Prep Tip: Prep extra and slice for steak
sandwiches later in the week!

Dinner 2: Meaty Beet Burgers
Pair With: Truffle fries, sweet potato fries, or a crispy coleslaw

Make It Your Own: Load up with caramelised onions, pickled red onions, burger sauce, and homemade burger buns

Dinner 3: Jamaican Jerk Tofu (my dad loves this one!)
Pair With: Jamaican Rice and Peas, collard greens, Jamaican Fried Dumplings, and Scotch Bonnet Pepper Hot Sauce

Dinner 4: Million Dollar Spaghetti
Pair With: Garlic bread and a side salad
DIY It: Made a homemade ricotta for that creamy layer
Meal Prep Tip: Assemble the whole dish the night before and pop it in the oven when ready

Dinner 5: Vegan Shepherd's Pie (my dad has LOVED this one for years!)
Pair With: Side of green beans and homemade vegan butter
Meal Prep Tip: Double the recipe and freeze one for another busy weeknight!

🥗 Lunches

Lunch 1: Loaded Baked Potato
Pair With: A side of coleslaw or crispy fried “chicken”
Make It Your Own: Top with vegan bacon bits, vegan sour cream, or make your own vegan mayo

Lunch 2: Vegan Salami
Pair With: Crackers, vegan cheese, and olives for a delicious charcuterie board. You can also add it to a Grinder sandwich with homemade sandwich bread and vegan mayo
